It is only used to confirm and secure your appointment date and time. Please bring your preferred form of payment to your appointment. We accept:

Gift Certificate Policy If you book using a gift certificate, you must bring the physical gift certificate and a valid ID to your appointment. If the gift certificate is not presented at check-in, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

If your gift certificate has been lost, please contact us before your appointment so we can assist you.

Therapist Requests Our online booking system does not indicate whether appointments are randomly assigned or requested with a specific therapist. If you would like to book with a particular therapist, please call us directly at 310-406-2100.

Arrival Time Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full session time. We kindly request at least 6 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment charged may be apply.

• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
