Please Note:  If you make a reservation using a gift certificate number you MUST bring the gift certificate with you and your ID Card to your appointment or you will be charged the full expense of the appointment. 

If you lost the gift certificate please call us before your appointment so we can provide you with the gift certificate required when you arrive for your appointment.

 

Because the program does not allow us to see if the appointment is by random placement or by request, please call if you would like to book with a specific therapist.

 

 

We will not charge your credit card at this time. This is just to confirm your appointment time and date.

Please bring your credit card or other form of payment with you to your appointment.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, Cash .  We Do not accept Amarican Express .

You may cancel or change your appointment without charge up to 6 hours before your appointment.  If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
